Pan werkt super. Echt maar op half hoog vuur zetten want bakt echt veel sneller en maakt super makkelijk schoon.
Blijft ook lang goed heet zonder hoge vlam
Al een paar keer gebruikt en fijn om mee te werken, ik hoop dat jullie in de toekomst meer verschillende modellen kunnen aanbieden tegen een sympathieke prijs dan ben ik zeker geïnteresseerd!
The pan is great! We are stoked about it! The only downside is the design of the handle - it is getting in the way of the lid and not letting it to sit properly. We worked around this by using a larger lid, that sits on the very edge of the pan. But otherwise, it is great - works as adwertised!;)
The heat disbursement across the entire surface of the pan and the quickness coming up to temp for pan cooking is phenomenal. The non-stick coating is fabulous. My only gripe is the fact that they do not make any other size pan, nor a pot 😪
I have been a professional chef for 40 years. The heat transfer on this pan is unlike anything I have experienced before. It is quickly becoming my most used pan. It is a delight to use.
Will be curious to see it in 6 months...
Great pan; does exactly what it says. You will have to tell the other chefs that this thing heats up FAST or they may step away thinking they set the right heat and burn their food.
Het is iedere keer weer een genot om met deze pan te mogen werken.
This pan heats up really fast. A new way of cooking (at least for me). Really love it and works perfectly. Thanks for re-inventing!
Heats up crazy fast. Really even heat too. My buddy has a high end range and I'm always jealous how fast pans heat up and stay hot when you add ingredients. This pan makes up for my low BTU range. The included wrench is a nice touch as well.
