Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

In the same condition as received.

Global Warranty Policy

Effium provides a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

🔹 Warranty Coverage (24 months from purchase/delivery):
Manufacturing defects affecting product function.
Material or workmanship issues under normal use.

❌ Exclusions (Not Covered):

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., discoloration, scratches, minor dents).

Region-Specific Legal Disclaimers

🇪🇺 European Union (EU) & UK
This warranty complies with Directive (EU) 2019/771 and UK consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a 24-month warranty for defects that existed at the time of delivery.

🇺🇸 United States
This warranty is provided under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain exclusions may not apply.

🇦🇺 Australia
