I bought the Effium pan based on the promised improved cooking properties. It does, what they promise, with the stove dial half way, the pan still heats up quickly and remains hot enough to get a nice sear on meat and vegetables. The coating has good non-stick properties and seems to be durable. Overall, I'm very happy with this long awaited innovation in cooking ware!

The Effiuim pan is great.
It provides a better way of frying with gas. The heat exchangers at the bottom of the pan pull in the heat from the flames and create a much more intense heating of the food that possible with other pans.
Its design provides best of both, either baking the same way with less gas being used or creating a much better cooking experience with the same stove.
Please keep on developing new models. Suggestions: cooking pan for pastas the will be more efficient with the heat from the stove and pan providing and wok experience using a more conventional stove. Believe both will be great additions to the cooking world. More energy efficient and/or a better experience.

Fijne pan die niet plakt en op een lage gasstand snel en egaal heet wordt. Gebruik minder boter. Aanwinst voor in de keuken.

The pan has a very cool design, it heats up very quickly, the food cooks very well (and fast), it is very easy to clean... no isues at all so far. I am not surprised that some restaurants use the pan too. I truly trecommend it!

Vanaf het eerste gebruik helemaal happy met deze mooie pan. Ligt lekker in de hand, niet te zwaar en ook niet te licht. En hij doet wat ze zeggen, snel op temperatuur, houdt warmte goed vast en dus minder gasgebruik, bakt niet aan. Je kunt hem gebruiken als hapjespan maar wokken kan ook goed. Waarom is dit niet eerder bedacht :-)

Lang op zoek naar geschikte koekenpan en veel (dure) pannen geprobeerd. Bij andere pannen kleurt het vlees niet mooi of te langzaam of staat mijn huis blauw vd rook. Nu Effium pan in gebruik en lijkt een goede keuze te zijn. Maillard reactie is snel en mooi waardoor ik inderdaad minder tijd/energie nodig heb om "aan te bakken". Ik gebruik de pan professioneel en hopelijk gaat deze ook langer mee dan de andere merken. Dat gaat de toekomst nog uitwijzen.

I like to cook! And I like to be aware of my 'carbon footprint'.... or in this case foodprint.
The Effium-pan provides an inventive solution for the use of gas as a heat-source by incorporating fins in the bottom of the pan. And it works great!! Beautiful heat-distribution, less gas and easy to clean (ceramic coating). Oh, and the possibility to recoat the pan (not needed yet, but still...).
All in all a pan that I have recommended to my friends already and I am looking forward to more models :-)

I starting using effium's pan a few months ago at home as I got it as a gift from my family. I imediatley noticed the difference on how fast it heated up and that I had to crank down my gas pit. The results of cooking are great as expected and I started noticing that my gas bill is a bit cheaper so soon I will have earned back my pan and probaly will buy another one!

Bought the Effium pan for my husband and he loves it but just wishes that you would make a bigger one.

Really solid pan. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, making it incomparable to anything I have used before. The nonstick coating works well, and cleaning is easy. Also nice to know it’s PFAS-free. Definitely a good buy.
