I’m proud to be one of the first customer. As an avid amateur chef, I can say that these are one of the best pans that I’ve use(if not the best). The speed of cooking also helps put food in the table faster, which is great when you have a small family to take care of :) 

Echt een allround pan voor vlees, vis, kip, ei, groenten. Helemaal geweldig. Pan is snel op temperatuur en perfecte controle over het bakproces. Er plakt echt niks aan de pan. Mooi gelijkmatig gebakken omdat de temperatuur overal hetzelfde is. Iedere keer fraai resultaat met mooie korstjes. Als eenvoudige kok voel ik me net een echte chef.

I was surprised at how quickly it heated up. It was more than expected. I thought that shape of pan was unchanging, but it was wrong. The chicken sautéed in this pan is very delicious.

Pan is easy to use heats up quickly. The lining is very good.

I recently got my Effium pan in the mail and have been pleasantly surprised by the products performance.

The pan comes in a package in two pieces, handle and pan. Package overall looks good. It requires you to attach the handle to the pan which is very easy to do. It also makes it easy to replace if you'd ever need to. The pan cooks wel and heats up very fast. This, toghether with the anti-stick layer, also makes prevents food sticking tot he pan.

You feel verry little heat come from underneath the edges of the pan, so the design at the bottom of the pan does its work. The handle of the pan is made from steel, which at first made me hesitant as tipically steel handles can get very hot. However, as little heat escapes the handle stays cool and can be touched during cooking without gloves.

The only downside so far is that the swirl design at the bottom and the depression in the middle make it somewhat hard to position the pan on the type of stove I have. My stove has a cast iron raiser above the pit, and if I'm not careful it can catch on the bottom side of the pan. It is however very workable and not something that bothers me a great deal. Also, a gas reducer can help prevent this issue.

Overall the pan does its job extremely well, and I find it pleasant to use. I would definitely recommend it.

I recommend it and I will use it as a present for my foodie friends. But will have to check if they cook on gas ;-)
I can’ t measure the effect on our gas usage but pan is definitely getting hot sooner on less gas.

Een fijne pan die net zo goed werkt als een reguliere pan. Wordt duidelijk warmer en hoeft dus minder hoog of lang op het gas. Goeder anti aanbak, goed gewicht, en stevig.

Leuk om vernieuwing te zien op dit product. Inmiddels een paar weken in gebruik, en tot volle tevredenheid
