I starting using effium's pan a few months ago at home as I got it as a gift from my family. I imediatley noticed the difference on how fast it heated up and that I had to crank down my gas pit. The results of cooking are great as expected and I started noticing that my gas bill is a bit cheaper so soon I will have earned back my pan and probaly will buy another one!
Bought the Effium pan for my husband and he loves it but just wishes that you would make a bigger one.

Really solid pan. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, making it incomparable to anything I have used before. The nonstick coating works well, and cleaning is easy. Also nice to know it’s PFAS-free. Definitely a good buy.
I have this pan now for a while and I'm impressed with how well it works. My gas stove has been installed poorly, which means that when I turn up one burner another burner goes down. This is a challenge when cooking with multiple pans simultaneously. This pan needs less heat, so I can still use multiple burners at the same time. Would be interested in pots as well. Also a great pan for people that go camping or on boats, where you are dependent on small interchangeable gas tanks. Then I would make sure the handle is detachable.

First I was intrigued, now I'm convinced. I have the PFAS free version. Anti stick works absolutely fine. But the big difference is that you really can (and have) to lower the burner when cooking, fantastic result!
Really love the pan. I’m using to fry eggs,
fish and other food. Cleaning is done in a second. I’m using a soft brush made of recycled material.
World be even greater if the company would offer a fitting glas lid als well😊
I cook since 25 years, and this is the easiest to use and clean pan I ever owned. Super to use for Meat, Fish and Eggs and doesn't burn easily.
Niet alleen mooi om te zien maar ook perfect voor het dichtschroeien van vlees, coquilles, groenten, smakelijke eiergerechten, deze pan is eigenlijk voor alles inzetbaar.
Het design van de onderkant van de pan is niet alleen functioneel maar ook prachtig om te zien, het enige nadeel is het schoonmaken tussen de groeven maar dat kan ook aan mijn fornuis liggen. In het begin oppassen dat de pan snel heet wordt dus de timing is wel iets om aan te wennen. Ik kijk samen met de andere reviewers uit naar de wok en een kleinere versie. Een dicht deksel , anti-spat of deksel met gaatjes zijn wellicht nuttige aanvullingen alsmede kookgerei die bij de pan past (met bijpassend design uiteraard). Succes met de uitbreiding!
