Effium Pan - Medium

It seems to work as advertised. It does get hot faster than my other pans and it maintains a good fry even on a smaller stove. Maintenance is a bit finicky with the non-stick layer, but it does work even better than PTFE coating in my opinion. The metal handle gets warm close to the pan, but it stays cool for ~20 minute frying sessions.

The delivery experience was a bit messy, though. I was notified of a delay in shipping at the time of purchase, but I didn't any status update, not even once the estimated delay passed. I had to reach out to Effium myself, but instead of a reply, I was notified my order has been shipped through a status update. I can only assume someone saw my email and pushed my order through, but it would've been better to reply to me, so that I know what's exactly happening.

Other than that, looks like a great product.

I love cooking with this pan. It heats up fast and most foods don't stick to it as much as with my other pans, so my use of cooking oil has gone down considerably. The only thing is that the spiral texture on the bottom fits in the bars of my stove top. So sometimes my pan is a little tilted. And you need to completely lift it up to turn it on the stovetop.

This pan instantly became everyone's favorite in my house. Heats quick and evenly. Bottom is perfectly flat. You don't have to use as high a flame as traditional pans. The nonstick is ceramic and wipes clean easily. Colleague of mine bought one on my recommendation and loves it too. Couldn't be happier.

Good pan. Great nonstick surface. Handle design could certianly get better. Heats up really quickly.

De beste anti-aanbakpan ooit. Door de groeven in de bodem wordt hij zeer snel heet. Zonder PFAS dus veilig voor mens en milieu. Bovendien kan de anti-aanbaklaag worden vernieuwd wanneer deze is versleten. Hier ga ik dus jarenlang plezier van hebben!

As a dutch person i was skeptical at first first, but i love cooking on fire so decided to give it a shot. You guys deliver exactly what you promise. Nothing more, nothing less. Thank you for that!! It's such a fresh breath of air in todays society! Even thoough the iron handle is a little harsh (maybe a round shape or integrated sillicone?) on my older hands i still bought a second pan, just because i love the damn thing so much. Use as/per instructions, this is NOT for kids! Would love the see more sizes (if possible) and extra shapes like a wok

Super pan, snel heet , alles bakt geweldig en niet aan van ei tot biefstuk. Voor iedereen die op gas kookt een aanrader!!!

Ik ben zeer tevreden met de Effiumpan .Zeer snel op de gewenste temperatuur, zeer egale temperatuurverdeling over de bodem, zeer snel reageren op gastoevoerwijzigingen ,je hebt volledige beheersing over het resultaat: briljant !
