Fantastic pan. Heats up almost immediately. Low on this pan is like medium high on others. Fully intend on buying more.
It really is. Smooth surface, nice weight, heats up quickly, responds equally quickly to temperature adjustments, just like i had imagined.
So far I only made some fried eggs, and the non-stick surface is superlative! The heat concentration works fast, but since I haven't cooked anything "special" I yet have some testing to do.
I feared the handle would heat, or even "heat fast" because it says that, but that wasn't the case at least during my only cooking experience so far.
What an awesome product! Baking eggs even without any oil or butter is possible.
Fijne pan met goede warmteverdeling. En inderdaad: het gas moet wat lager anders gaat het te hard.

Good
* Amazing heat distribution - every single time, perfect/even crust - works like magic
* Handle actually doesn't heat up that fast, never needs to get a glove while cooking on the stove
* Heat transfer - you can pretty much feel it after 1 second of turning on the gas.
Not so good
* Non-stick - amazing out of the box, but degraded after 1 week of use (still great with meat and vegetables, not so great with eggs). The amount of caramelized residue seems to be increased as well, and definitely requires more effort to clean
* Uneven screws on the handle (nothing drastic, but feels like an unnecessary letdown)
Pretty happy with it so far, but I have some concerns in the long term.
I would definitely recommend it if you need a pan to sear meat or vegetables, but not if you need a general pan (e.g., for egg crisps, which cook strongly before they fully cook).
Tricky with watery stuff like stew/sauces - works but water evaporates fast, so difficult for a beginner.
Amazing if you want to save time on cooking heats up instantly and evenly.
Delivery - Took some time till it was sent out, but delivery was fast, and from 4 companies, I had deliveries in my home country. FedEx had the best experience by far (the box had small damage on it).
Packaging looked safe, had instructions and an extra screw for the handle + a tool to assemble it (one with a bit of rust)
The handle also had small scratches on it (nothing drastic)
Price - not sure, but wouldn't mind paying a bit more for a more robust coating
De pan doet precies wat is beloofd. Hij wordt sneller heet dan andere pannen, bakt niet aan, is snel weer schoon. Ideale test: bak eens een pannenkoek 🥞
